Reformer Pilates

Beginner & Intermediate - Rooted in the classical Pilates method, this Reformer class strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and enhances full-body alignment through controlled, low-impact movement. With both beginner and intermediate levels available, you'll build body awareness, stability, and strength at your own pace. Choose your level when booking.

Mat Fundamentals

This Mat Pilates class focuses on the 6 core fundamentals of Pilates: concentration, control, centering, breath, flow & precision. Building a strong foundation for improved strength, posture, and body awareness, but also prepares the participant for moving their practice off the floor and onto the reformer. This is a class for both beginners or the intermediate level looking to be challenged.

Athletic Flow

Designed for the 18+ athletic individual this dynamic reformer class focuses on building core strength, control, and mobility to enhance performance and prevent injury. Expect cardio movement, intentional sequences that challenge stability, coordination, and power, and targeted work for hips, shoulders, and spine. Modifications and progressions are offered for all levels, ensuring every participant feels strong, safe and successful. *Consistent attendance (MIN 4 sessions/month) is recommended to unlock the full athletic potential of Pilates.

Youth Movement

Recommended ages 10–18: This ALL-LEVELS reformer Pilates class is built to get kids moving, build their core strength and develop the confidence to use it. With a focus on core stability, balance, and coordination, it’s ideal for boys and girls looking to improve athletic performance, posture, and body awareness—OR kids just simply looking for a space to MOVE more intentionally in a world where screen time and sitting dominates. Modifications and progressions make it accessible and empowering for ALL fitness levels.

Athletic Performance - Teen

Recommended Ages 12–18: This reformer Pilates class is built for committed teen-aged athletes looking to gain a competitive edge. With a focus on core strength, balance, mobility, and joint stability, each session supports peak performance and helps reduce risk of injury during high-impact training and competition. Perfect for off-season development or in-season recovery, this class enhances movement efficiency and total-body control.

Coaches Clinic

This specialized class is designed for any sport coach looking to understand how Pilates enhances athletic performance through core strength, mobility, and injury prevention. Whether you're new to the pilates, the reformer or more experienced, you'll feel comfortable and capable with guided progressions and modifications for all levels. Each session builds confidence and knowledge to be extended towards warm-ups and practices—attending at least 4 classes is recommended to fully experience the benefits and understand the fundamentals.

Yoga

We’re thrilled to welcome Amy Stolz to Midland Strength Lab’s growing roster of wellness partners in the Tri‑Cities! Amy leads a slow‑flow yoga practice—a gentle, meditative blend of Vinyasa and Hatha that uses deep breathing, stretching, and relaxed postures to restore energy and cultivate serenity. Her classes are known for being accessible and inclusive, offering a supportive space for every fitness level to connect mind and body. If you have any physical limitations, please let Amy know before class so she can tailor modifications for your comfort and safety.
